FRONT OF HOUSE

This is a role that needs confidence. You need a smile and a friendly face to welcome our audiences.  You will be the first group member they see on arrival at the Town Hall and your welcome will help set their mindset for the evening ahead. You will check tickets, take payment, offer programmes, sell raffle tickets, encourage them to visit the bar and if necessary help them to their seats. You will also be on call if anyone needs help and support.  This role often also includes manning the tea bar and serving tea/coffee and biscuits during intervals. It’s a great role to interact with the public and get feedback on behalf of the group.
